■ Westville 4, A-P 1. DILLON TURNER had 11 strikeouts in six innings and TYLER DICKEN shined at the plate (2 for 4, RBI) and on the mound (three-out save) for the Tigers. CHRISTIAN JACKSON had two hits and two RBI in the win.
All-stars headed to Parkland
CHAMPAIGN — The second Parkland College/News-Gazette senior all-star basketball games will be April 14 in the Cobras’ gym.
The girls’ game will start at 1 p.m. at Parkland. There will be two 10-player teams, one coached by Chris Mennig, from St. Thomas More, and the other by Susan Thomas, from Centennial.

■ Mahomet-Seymour 11, Champaign Central 7. Down to its final out with the bases empty, the Bulldogs erupted for six runs to stun the host Maroons. Joe Kenney and Cullen Day each had two-run singles in the seventh for M-S, and winning pitcher Chris Redman held Central to two hits over the final four innings.

■ At Urbana. Mahomet-Seymour won the nine-team Champaign County Meet, compiling 158 points. ELISE HOCKING won three events for the Bulldogs, placing first in the 100-meter hurdles (16.20 seconds), 300 hurdles (49.20) and the high jump (4-feet-10).
In track & field
■ At Texas Relays. Danville senior Alexus Jimson-Miller advanced to today’s final in the 100-meter hurdles. On Friday, she ran the seventh-fastest qualifying time (14.36 seconds) in her first outdoor race of the season. Jimson-Miller holds the Danville school record in the event at 14.17, which she set as a junior.

■ Bradley-Bourbonnais 12-6, Rantoul 2-5. HANNAH CARGO and DIAMOND WALKER each drove in a run for the Eagles, who lost in five innings. In the second game, LACEY BERTRAM had three hits while CARSON CHURCH, KAYLEE DENTON and KATEY SILVER each had two hits to go along with an RBI.

■ Arthur-Lovington/Atwood-Hammond 3, Windsor 2. SHERELLE COLLER had three hits and two RBI for the Knights.
■ St. Joseph-Ogden 3, Monticello 2. MOLLY McELWEE drove in two runs for the visiting Spartans.
