NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the death of LEO C. LOWE, of 1012 Holiday Drive, Champaign Illinois died on October 22, 2014. Letters of Office were issued on June 26, 2015, to William Campbell III, as Independent Administrator. The attorneys for the Estate are Dodd & Maatuka, 303 S. Mattis Avenue, Ste. 201, Champaign, IL 61821-3051. The Estate will be administered without Court supervision unless under Paragraph 5/28-4 of the Estates Act (755 ILCS 5/28-4) any interested person terminates Independent Administration at any time by mailing or delivering a Petition to Terminate to the Clerk.

Claims against the Estate may be filed in the Office of the Circuit Clerk, Probate Division at Champaign County Courthouse, 101 E. Main, Urbana, IL 61801, or with the representative, or both, within six (6) months from the first publication date and any claim not filed within that period is barred.

Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representative and to the attorney within ten (10) days after it has been filed. Dated: July 2, 2015

The Champaign County Forest Preserve District hereby provides public notice that an audit of its funds for the period January 1 through December 31, 2014 has been made by Sikich LLP, and that a report of such audit dated May 29, 2015 has been filed with the County Clerk of Champaign County, in accordance with 30 ILCS 15/0.01 et seq. The full report of the audit is available for public inspection at CCFPD Administration, 109 South Lake of the Woods Road, Mahomet, Illinois during regular business hours 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday except for holidays.

Failure on the part of the contractor to deliver the material within the time specified or to do the work specified herein will be considered just cause to forfeit his surety as provided in Article 108.10 of the Standard Specifications.

6. Proposals shall be submitted on forms furnished by the Awarding Authority and shall be enclosed in an envelope endorsed “Material Proposal, Section 15-00000-00-GM.
