Wherry, whose address is 4209 Deming Dr., Springfield, IL 627036 and whose attorney is Thomas B. Meyer, Acton & Snyder, LLP, 11 E. North Street, Danville, Illinois 61832.

Claims against the estate may be filed with the Court in the Office of the Clerk, First Floor, in the Vermilion County Courthouse at Danville, Illinois, or with the representative, or both, within six (6) months from the date of the first publication of this notice. Copies of a claim filed with the Court in the Office of the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representative and to the aforesaid attorney of the representative within ten (10) days after it has been filed.
