Take Notice that on the 7th day of May, 2013 a motion was filed under the Juvenile Court Act 1987 by Lawrence T. Solava in the Circuit Court of Champaign County, entitled "In the Interest of ANTOWAN REED JR, SERENITY REED, AMIRE AND ADRIAN SMITH-LITTLETON and that in Courtroom “F”, at 101 E. Main Street Urbana, IL on August 13, 2013 at the hour of 09:30 AM, or as soon thereafter as this cause may be heard, a adjudicatory pre-trial hearing will be held upon the petition to have the child(ren) declared to be a ward(s) of the Court under that Act. The Court has authority in this proceeding to take from you the custody and guardianship of the minor(s), to terminate your parental rights, and to appoint a guardian with power to consent to adoption. You may lose all parental rights to your child(ren). If the Petition requests the termination of your parental rights and the appointment of a guardian with power to consent to adoption, you may lose all parental rights to the child(ren). PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure entered by the Court in the above entitled cause the property hereinafter described or so much thereof as shall be sufficient to satisfy said judgment, will be sold to the highest bidder.
