That in their Petition, the Commissioners (a) seek authority to increase and levy Annual Maintenance Assessments for the District in the amount of up to $13,125.00 to provide funds for performance of recurring annual maintenance work on the drainage system and payment if annual administrative and overhead expenses and (b) seek approval of the Annual Maintenance Assessment Roll for the District which accompanies the Petition. No damages or compensation are proposed to be allowed in the Assessment Roll.

Upon filing of the Petition and Annual Maintenance Assessment Roll, the same were presented to the Court and by the Court set for hearing in the a Circuit Courtroom “D”, located on the Third Floor of the Champaign County Courthouse , 101 East Main Street, Urbana, Illinois, on the 4th day of November, 2014 at the hour of 9:00a.m. At which time and place all interested person may appear and be heard all questions arising thereunder if they see fit to do so.
