Invitation to Apply for the Bristol Place Demolition Contractor Pool

Demolition of Various Bristol Place Properties, Champaign, Illinois

Contractor applications for the Bristol Place Demolition Contractor Pool may be obtained at the Neighborhood Services Department, 102 N. Neil Street, Champaign, IL 61820. They can also be sent electronically by sending a request to Jean.Algee@ci.champaign.il.us.

Compliance with the City's Bristol Place Demolition Policy, Equal Opportunity in Purchasing Ordinance, and the Illinois Human Rights Act is required of the successful bidder. Compliance with the Davis-Bacon and Prevailing Wage Acts will be required.

Contractors desiring to bid on the next round of Bristol Place demolitions must submit their application for the Bristol Place Demolition Contractor Pool to the City of Champaign, Neighborhood Services Department (102 North Neil Street, Champaign, IL 61820) no later than 4 p.m., August 14, 2015. All contractors that meet the requirements and are approved for the Bristol Place Demolition Contractor Pool will be invited to bid on the upcoming Bristol Place demolitions. The City estimates three bid packages will be available to those approved in the Bristol Place Demolition Contractor Pool on or about August 24, 2015. Bids will not be considered by any contractor not approved in the Bristol Place Demolition Contractor Pool.
