HACC will be accepting online applications only. No paper applications will be available or accepted. The application form is available at www.hacc.net.

HACC may utilize a lottery to select applicants if total applications received exceed 200 for Steer Place and Washington Square and 50 for the remaining properties.

Ameren Illinois Company d/b/a Ameren Illinois:

Ameren Illinois (or Company) hereby gives notice to the public that on June 9, 2017, it filed with the Illinois Commerce Commission (ICC or Commission) evidence (direct testimony) in support of its request for approval of Rider EE - Energy Efficiency and Demand Response Investment Rider (Rider EE) which allows for the recovery of all reasonable and prudently incurred costs, fees and charges for Energy Efficiency and Demand-Response Measures implemented in compliance with the Illinois Public Utilities Act (the Act), as set for in Sections 8-103, -103B and 16-111.5B, of the Act, as applicable, in addition to all costs prudently incurred by the Company in association with on-bill financing as described in Section 16-111.7, through a formula rate. Rider EE is applicable to Rate Zones I, II and III electric customers. The approval of Rider EE may result in changes to the Company's rates and charges with respect to electric delivery services in the Company's Rate Zones I, II III service areas in Illinois.

Customers should be advised that the Commission may alter or amend the rates or conditions of service after hearings held pursuant 83 Ill. Adm. Code 200 and may increase or decrease individual rates in amounts other than those requested by the Company

The Petition for Order of Tax Deed will be brought before the Champaign County Circuit Court on December 13, 2017 at 3:30 p.m. in Courtroom D.
