PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 22nd day of May, 2015, the Commissioners of the above District and Sub-Districts, filed a Petition For Authority To Establish And Levy Annual Maintenance Assessments with the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, Champaign County, Illinois.

That in their Petition, the Commissioners a.) seek authority to establish and levy new, increased, annual maintenance assessments against those lands within the Main District and the Sub-Districts, to provide funds for performance of recurring annual maintenance work on the drainage systems of the Main District and the Sub-Districts and payment of annual administrative and overhead expenses; b.) seek approval of new increased annual assessment rolls for the Main District and each Sub-District; and, c) seek approval of the Current Financial Report which accompanies the Petition. No damages or compensation are proposed to be allowed.

That the Commissioners desire to increase and establish new annual assessments of Four Dollars ($4.00) per acre in the Main District and for each Sub-District for agricultural lands; to increase and establish new equalized annual assessments of Ten Dollars ($10.00) per acre with a minimum assessment of Twenty Dollars ($20.00) for the Main District and for each Sub-District for single-family and duplex residential properties; to increase and establish new equalized annual assessments of twenty Dollars ($20.00) per acre with a minimum assessment of Forty Dollars ($40.00) for the Main District and for each Sub-District for commercial properties; and, to increase and establish new equalized annual assessments of Sixteen Dollars ($16.00) per acre with a minimum assessment of Thirty Two Dollars ($32.00) for the Main District and for each Sub-District, for multifamily residential properties.

7. That the new, proposed, total assessments for the Main District and Sub-Districts would be as follows:
