Notice is given of the death of WILLIAM Q. RENFRO. Letters of Administration were issued on December 12, 2014 to WILLIAM V. RENFRO, whose attorney is: MATTHEW J. SCHWEIGHART, ERWIN, MARTINKUS & COLE, LTD., 411 West University Avenue, P.O. Box 1098, Champaign, Illinois 61824-1098.

Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Champaign County Courthouse, Urbana, Illinois, or with the Executor, within six months from the date of the first publication of this Notice or within three months after the date of mailing or delivery of Notice to a known creditor, whichever is later, and any claim not filed within that period is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the clerk must be mailed or delivered to the Executor and to the attorney within 10 days after it has been filed.

IAWC hereby gives notice to the public in accordance with 83 Ill. Adm. Code Subsection 656.30 (c) that information sheets have been filed on January 20, 2015, with the Illinois Commerce Commission (Commission) to revise the Quality Infrastructure Program (QIP) surcharge for customers in all service districts.

If the Commission takes no action, the revised information sheets will be implemented with an effective date of February 1, 2015. A copy of IAWC’s filing with the Commission may be inspected by any interested party at any business office of IAWC.

Customers should be advised that the Commission may alter or amend the rates or conditions of service after hearings held pursuant to 83 Ill. Adm. Code 200 and may increase or decrease individual rates in amounts other than those requested by the company.

Interested parties may obtain information with respect thereto either directly from IAWC or by addressing the Chief Clerk of the Commission, 527 E. Capitol Avenue, Springfield, IL 62701.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING IN REGARD TO A SPECIAL USE PERMIT UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE CHAMPAIGN COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE.

CASE: 793-S-14

Lawrence Johnson, 1211 North Staley Road, Champaign, and Fuad Handal, 1807 Ridge Park Drive, Urbana, have filed a petition for a Special Use Permit under the provisions of the Champaign County Zoning Ordinance on property in unincorporated Champaign County. The petition is on file in the office of the Champaign County Department of Planning and Zoning, 1776 E. Washington Street, Urbana, IL.

A public hearing will be held Thursday, February 12, 2015, at 6:30 p.m. prevailing time in the Lyle Shields Meeting Room, Brookens Administrative Center, 1776 E. Washington Street, Urbana, IL, at which time and place the Champaign County Zoning Board of Appeals will consider a petition to:

1) Authorize a kennel as a Special Use on 1.8 acres located in the AG-1 Agriculture Zoning District.

2) Authorize the following waivers to the standard conditions of the Kennel special use as per Section 6.1.3 of the Zoning Ordinance:

a. Any outdoor animal exercise and/or training area shall be 200 feet from any adjacent residential structure and/or use and shall have a noise buffer of evergreen shrubs or trees a minimum of four feet in height installed separating the exercise and/or training area from any adjacent residential structure and/or use. Measurements shall be made from the lot line of an adjacent residential structure and/or use.

b. Maintain a side yard setback and a rear yard setback of 200 feet on the following property:

A 1.8 acre tract in the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 5 T. 19 N. R. 8 E. in Champaign Township with an address of 1211 North Staley Road, Champaign.

All persons interested are invited to attend said hearing and be heard. The hearing may be continued and reconvened at a later time.
