The estate will be administered without court supervision, unless under Section 28-4 of the Probate Act (755 ILCS 5/28-4) any interested person terminates independent administration at any time by mailing or delivering a petition to terminate to the Clerk.
Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Champaign County Courthouse, Urbana, Illinois, or with the independent representative, or both, on or before October 2, 2015, or if mailing or delivery of notice from the representative is required by Section 18-3 of the Probate Act of 1975, the date stated in that notice. Any claim not filed by that period is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the independent representative and to the attorney within 10 days after it has been filed.

WASHINGTON STREET IMPROVEMENTS
Village of Philo, Illinois
The Village of Philo is soliciting sealed bid proposals for improvements for Washington Street. Project length is approximately 1,243 feet (0.235 miles) and consists of mill and overlay of asphalt pavement, full depth asphalt, concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk, pavement striping and other miscellaneous items.
The Village will receive sealed bid proposals in the office of the Village of Philo, 127 W. Washington Street, Philo, Illinois until 2:00 pm, May 7, 2015. The bids will be publicly opened at that time and read.
The bid documents can be obtained at the office of the Village Engineer, MSA Professional Services, Inc., 201 W. Springfield Avenue, Suite 400, Champaign, IL 61820.
Bidder’s sealed envelope must be clearly labeled with the project name along with the contractor’s name and address.
Each proposal shall be accompanied by a proposal guarantee payable to the Village as provided in Article 102.01 of the Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction (latest edition) of the Illinois Department of Transportation. Failure to execute a contract by the successful bidder shall cause forfeiture of his/her bid guarantee.
Attention is called to the fact that not less than minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the contract must be paid on this project and that the contractor must ensure that employees and applicants are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex, age, or national origin.
The Village reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any or all formalities in the bidding.

INVITATION TO BID
The Board of Education, Urbana School District #116, Champaign County, Illinois will receive sealed lump sum bids for the Urbana High School (UHS) Kitchen, Servery & Dining Renovation. Project location: 1002 S. Race St. Urbana, IL. Project Description: Project consists of interior remodeling of 3,800 square feet including the existing kitchen, servery and commons/cafeteria in the UHS. Remodeling includes new masonry and gypsum wallboard partitions, floor finishes, ceilings, lighting, HVAC modifications, fire protection extension, plumbing modifications and all new kitchen equipment.
Bids will be received at the office of the Urbana School District 116, 205 North Race St., Urbana, Illinois 61801, up to 2:30 p.m. local time on Tuesday, May 12, 2015, at which time they will be opened and publicly read aloud.
A Pre-bid meeting for all bidders will be held on Thursday, April 30, 2015 at 3:30 p.m. local time at UHS Commons, 1002 S. Race St. Urbana, Illinois 61801. Prospective prime bidders are requested to attend.

Contractors may obtain a maximum of two copies of the Documents with a refundable deposit of $100.00 for each set for the purpose of bidding. Subcontractors and suppliers are encouraged to obtain plans through General Contractors although additional sets will be available at the cost of printing. When requesting documents identify the contract or trade you are bidding. Contractors who do not submit a bid will forfeit their drawing deposit. Additional shipping charges will apply.
The Urbana School District #116, Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part thereof, to waive any informalities and irregularities in the bidding and to accept the bids deemed most favorable to their interest, after all bids have been examined and evaluated.
