Notice is given of the death of Estella Porter. Letters of office as Independent Executor were issued on March 10, 2015, to Nichole M. Porter, 1808 Stratford Drive, Champaign, IL 61821, whose attorney is Timothy S. Jefferson, of Rawles, O'Byrne, Stanko, Kepley & Jefferson, P.C., 501 West Church Street, P. O. Box 800, Champaign, Illinois 61824-0800.
Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Champaign County Courthouse, Urbana, Illinois, or with the representatives, or both, within six (6) months from March 19, 2015, which is the first date of publication of this notice, and any claim not filed within that period is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representatives and to the attorney within ten (10) days after it has been filed.

The real estate is described as: Tract 1: - Beginning at a point on the E line of the W 417.13 ft of the SE ¼ of the SW ¼ of S12 T22N R9E of the 3rd Principal Meridian, in Champaign County, Illinois, and 538.27 ft N of the S line of said Section; thence S 90 degrees W parallel to said S line, a distance of 417.13 ft; thence N 78 degrees 58 min W, a distance of 105.57 ft to a point on the E right of way line of U.S. Route 45; thence along said right of way around a curve to the right having an initial tangent of N 23 degrees 04 min 26 sec E having a radius of 4895.5 ft a distance of 920.93 ft; thence S 68 degrees 40 min E, a distance of 113.25 ft; thence S 1 degree 12 min W a distance of 789.46 ft to the place of beginning, in Champaign County, Illinois.
ALSO, all that part of the SW ¼ of the SW ¼ of S12 T22N R9E of the 3rd Principal Meridian in Champaign County, Illinois, lying E of the E right of way line of U.S. Rout 45;

Said property was sold on October 26, 2012 for the General Taxes for the year 2011. The period of redemption will expire on June 26, 2015. On July 9, 2015, the petitioner will make application to such court in said County for an order for Tax Deed should the real estate not be redeemed.
