Publication Notice and Notice of Claims
Notice is given of the death of Paul G. Wilson. Letters of office were issued on July 23, 2014 to Priscilla Sue Wilson, 8911 S. Meridian Line Road, Cloverdale, IN 46120, as independent representative. The attorney for the independent representative is John D. Dodson, Dodson, Piraino & Associates, 501 W. University Ave., Champaign, IL 61820.
Notice is given to heirs or legatees who are named in a petition filed in this proceeding to probate a will and whose names or addresses are not stated in the petition, that an order was entered by the court on July 23, 2014, admitting the will to probate. Within 42 days after the effective date of the original order of admission you may file a petition with the court to require proof of the will by testimony of the witnesses to the will in open court or other evidence, as provided in Section 6-21 of the Probate Act. You also have the right under Section 8-1 of the Probate Act to contest the validity of the will by filing a petition with the court within six months after admission of the will to probate.
The estate will be administered without court supervision, unless under Section 28-4 of the Probate Act any interested person terminates independent administration at any time by mailing or delivering a petition to terminate to the clerk of the court.
Claims against the estate may be filed with the representative or with the court before the 15th day of September, 2015. Any claim not filed within that period is barred unless otherwise permitted by law. Copies of a claim filed with the court must be mailed or delivered to the representative and to his or her attorney of record within 10 days after it has been filed.
