HEARING ASSISTANCE AUDIO SYSTEM – VIRGINIA THEATRE

The Champaign Park District is requesting sealed bids for the purchase and installation of a Hearing Assistance Audio System at the Virginia Theatre, 203 West Park Avenue, Champaign, Illinois, 61820. Bid specifications are available at the Champaign Park District, Bresnan Meeting Center, 706 Kenwood Road, Champaign, Illinois 61821, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., M-F.

Sealed bids are due to Steven Benz, Virginia Theatre Director, c/o Champaign Park District, 706 Kenwood Road, Champaign, Illinois 61821, no later than 1:00 P.M. (Central Time) on Thursday, April 29, 2015, at which time they will be opened and publicly read aloud.

The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any or all irregularities, and select the bid that is in its best interest. All bidders shall comply with local, state, federal laws and the provisions of the Park District’s Affirmative Action Ordinance.

Developmental Services Center is applying for an Illinois Department of Transportation Grant to replace busses presently serving Champaign and Southern Ford Counties.
