That this case has been commenced in this Court against you and other defendants, praying for the foreclosure of a certain Mortgage conveying the premises described as follows, to-wit:
LOT 25 OF SUNNY ESTATES SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT RECORDED MAY 4, 2004 AS DOCUMENT 2004R12801, IN CHAMPAIGN COUNTY, ILLINOIS.
COMMONLY KNOWN AS: 708 S. Sunny Lane

and which said Mortgage was made by:
Dojai D. Hill executed the mortgage, however this individual is deceased and is not named as a defendant in this lawsuit
the Mortgagor(s), to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as Nominee for Countrywide Bank, FSB, as Mortgagee, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Champaign County, Illinois, as Document No. 2009R07825; and for other relief; that summons was duly issued out of said Court against you as provided by law and that the said suit is now pending.
