The requisite affidavit for publication having been filed, notice is hereby given you, SCOTT VARVEL; JENNIFER VARVEL; TWIN CITY DEVELOPMENT CO.; STATE OF ILLINOS DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, MARSHA COMBS-SKINNER and JOSEPH MEYER & ASSOCIATES, UNKNOWN OWNERS and NON-RECORD CLAIMANTS, Defendants in the above-entitled suit, that this suit has been commenced in the Circuit Court of Champaign County by the Plaintiff against you and other Defendants regarding an unsafe structure, praying for an order of court to repair the structure by a date certain to be determined by the Court, or in the alternative, to abate the nuisance described in the Complaint by demolishing the structure by a date certain to be determined by the Court, at the expense of the Defendants, and for an order authorizing the Plaintiff to demolish the structure and to file a lien against the premises for the cost of the demolition in the event the Defendants fail to repair or demolish the structure as ordered by the Court, the premises being described as follows, to-wit:
Lot 99 in Third Plat of Garden Hills Subdivision, Champaign County, Illinois, as per plat recorded in Book “M” of Plats at Page 32, situated in the City of Champaign, in Champaign County, Illinois.
commonly known as: 1432 Holly Hill, Champaign, Illinois, in accordance with the provisions of the Municipal Code of Champaign, 1985, as amended, and 65 ILCS 5/11-31-11 and 11-31-2.
NOW, THEREFORE, unless you, the above-named Defendants, file your answer to the Complaint in this suit or otherwise make your appearance therein in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Champaign County, Champaign County Courthouse, Urbana, Illinois, on or before the 12th day of August, 2015, default may be entered against you at any time after that day and a judgment be entered in accordance with the prayer of the Complaint.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the death of DONALD A. BICE of 1207 W. Dianne Lane, Mahomet, Illinois died on July 25, 2012. Letters of Office were issued on July 216, 2015, to Laura Bice, as Independent Administrator. The attorneys for the Estate are Dodd & Maatuka, 303 S. Mattis Avenue, Ste. 201, Champaign, IL 61821-3051. The Estate will be administered without Court supervision unless under Paragraph 5/28-4 of the Estates Act (755 ILCS 5/28-4) any interested person terminates Independent Administration at any time by mailing or delivering a Petition to Terminate to the Clerk.
