Carlson; Unknown Owners and Non-Record Claimants, that the said suit has been commenced in the Circuit Court of the 6 Judicial Circuit, Champaign County, Illinois by the said plaintiff against you and other defendants, praying for the foreclosure of a certain Mortgage conveying the premises described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 4 in Helton's First Addition to the Village of Ogden, Illinois, in Champaign County, Illinois; running thence South along the West line of said Lot to the Southwest corner of said Lot; thence West along the South line of Said Lot 4 extended 66 feet; thence North parallel to the West line of said Lot 4, 120 feet; thence East 66 feet to the point of beginning, being a part of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 16, Township 19 North, Range 14 West of the Second Principal Meridian, in Champaign County, Illinois.
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot 4 of Helton's First Addition to Ogden, Illinois, in Champaign County, Illinois; thence West 66 feet along the North line of Helton's Second Addition to the Village of Odgen, Illinois to the point of beginning; thence West 10 feet along the North line of Helton's Second Addition; thence North 120 feet on a line parallel to the West line of Lot 4; thence East 10 feet; thence South 120 feet to the point of beginning, being a part of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 16, Township 19 North, Range 14 West of the Second Principal Meridian, in Champaign County, Illinois.
