NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in pursuance of a Judgment heretofore entered by the Court in the above entitled cause on February 23, 2015, the Sheriff of Champaign County, Illinois will on the 23rd day of October, 2015, at the hour of 9:00 a.m. in the Jury Room (1st Floor) of the CHAMPAIGN COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 101 East Main Street, Urbana, Illinois, sell at public auction to the highest and best bidder for cash (payable in full on the date of sale), all and singular, the following described premises and real estate in said Judgment mentioned, situated in the County of Champaign and State of Illinois, or so much thereof as shall be sufficient to satisfy the respective Counts of said Judgment, to wit:
Lot 101 in Abbeyfield Subdivision, as per Plat recorded on March 16, 2010, as Document No. 2010R5120, situated in Champaign County, Illinois.
Commonly known as: 501 East Peters Drive, St. Joseph, Illinois
Together with all buildings and improvements thereof, and the tenements, hereaditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging.
The amount due under the judgment is $1,421,841.03.
No title insurance or title evidence will be provided, the said premises and real estate will be sold "AS IS", and the property will be sold subject to any outstanding real estate taxes and special assessments, if any, covenants, conditions, restrictions, and easements apparent or of record and all applicable zoning laws and ordinances, and the mortgage held by BankChampaign, N.A.
