PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 31st day of October, 2014, a petition was filed in the Circuit Court of Champaign County, Illinois, by the Commissioners of WILDCAT DRAINAGE DISTRICT OF THE COUNTY OF CHAMPAIGN AND STATE OF ILLINOIS: that the work proposed, in said petition, to be done, in said Drainage District, is the performance of annual maintenance work, namely the repair and maintenance of the main open ditch and spur of said Drainage District; that in and by said Petition said Court is requested (a) to set aside and vacate the prior assessment for annual maintenance in the sum of $5,640.26, which was authorized to be levied by an Order of said Court entered on October 27, 1987, and the Annual Maintenance Assessment Roll for said amount which was approved and confirmed on October 27, 1987; (b) to authorize and direct the performance of said annual maintenance work, and (c) to authorize and direct the levying of an Annual Maintenance Assessment upon the lands, within said Drainage District, which will be benefited thereby, in the sum of $38,161.50, to pay the cost of said annual maintenance work and the expenses incident thereto, as provided by the Illinois Drainage Code.

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN, that on the same date an Annual Maintenance Assessment Roll was filed in said Court of Ford County, Illinois, by the Commissioners of said WILDCAT DRAINAGE DISTRICT OF THE COUNTY OF CHAMPAIGN AND STATE OF ILLINOIS; that the total amount of the Annual Maintenance Assessment contained in said Annual Maintenance Assessment Roll is $ 38,161.50; and that, upon the filing of said petition and said Annual Maintenance Assessment Roll, the same were presented to the court and, by the Court, set for hearing before said Court, in Room “D” of the Court House, at Urbana, Illinois, on the 21st day of November, 2014, at the hour of 1:00 o'clock P.M. at which time and place all interested persons may appear and be heard with reference to said petition and upon all questions of benefits, damages and compensation, if they see fit to do so.
