Notice is given to heirs and legatees that the Court entered an order on May 21, 2013 appointing Andrew Worley as Special Representative of the estate of Daniel F. Cluver, deceased, on the above-captioned matter, pursuant to 735 ILCS 5/2-1008(b)(1). This case involves a claim for damages from bodily injuries sustained by the decedent, Daniel F. Cluver, in an automobile collision occurring on or about July 30, 2009. This case has been filed in Champaign County Circuit Court, docketed as 2011-L-77.
