REGARDING A PROPOSED ANNEXATION

AGREEMENT AND REZONING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Plan Commission of the City of Urbana, Illinois will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 18, 2015 at 7:30 P.M. in the Urbana City Council Chambers, 400 South Vine Street, Urbana, Illinois, at which time and place the Commission will consider the following application:

Plan Case 2015-A-01 & 2261-M-15: A proposed Annexation Agreement between the City of Urbana, Green Vistas, LLC; DGS Properties, LLC; and Stark Excavating, Inc.; including rezoning from County B-4 to City IN-1 for an 8.14-acre parcel located along the east side of Cunningham Avenue between Airport Road and Oaks Road, and commonly referred to as 3106 N. A PROPOSED MAJOR VARIANCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the City of Urbana, Illinois will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 17, 2015 at 7:30 P.M. in the Urbana City Council Chambers, 400 South Vine Street, Urbana, Illinois, at which time and place the Board will consider the following case:

ZBA Case No. 2015-MAJ-07: A request by Geoffrey Merritt for a Major Variance to decrease the required number of automobile parking spaces from twelve spaces to four spaces in the B-1, Neighborhood Business District at 303 W. Griggs Street.
