NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all interested persons that a public hearing will be held in the Council Chambers of the City Building, 102 North Neil Street, Champaign, Illinois, on Wednesday, November 2, 2016, at 4:00 PM before the Plan Commission, concerning two proposed Special Use Permits for the following locations:

The petitioner has requested two Special Use Permits to construct and operate a drive through and to allow retail package liquor sales for a retail pharmacy in the CN, Neighborhood Commercial Zoning District. The building will be an approximately 13,000 square foot single story building.
This notice is given pursuant to the provisions of Section 37-758 of the Champaign Municipal Code, 1985, as amended.
In said public hearing, all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard and to present their arguments for or against passage of an Ordinance permitting the aforesaid Special Use.
