RFP #1415-01 - Elevator Maintenance Service
The City of Urbana is seeking proposals to provide elevator maintenance service for four (4) passenger elevators.
The awarded vendor will provide basic monthly maintenance service on each unit and also facilitate the third party inspection required by the State of Illinois. Responses should be based on “Exam and Lubrication” services.
The elevators are located as follows:
1) Fairhall / KM White Elevator 1965 located at:
Urbana City Building
400 S. Vine St.
2) Dover Elevator 1995 located at:
Urbana City Building
400 S. Vine St. Urbana
3) Dover Elevator 1983 located at:
Urbana Parking Garage
Main and Broadway Urbana
4) KONE (Montgomery) 1993 located at:
Urbana Public Works
706 S. Glover Ave. Urbana
Effective start date of the 2 year term contract is October 1, 2014.
Proposals to include cost of monthly services, cost to facilitate State of Illinois inspections, and hourly service rates for repair reflecting both regular and overtime along with any travel fees that may apply.

Notice is hereby given by COMPROMISE TOWNSHIP in the County of Champaign, State of Illinois, that it is accepting bids for the construction of new township buildings.
