NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the death of MARGARET L. EDENBURN on July 31, 2015. Her Will was admitted to probate and Letters Testamentary were issued on August 18, 2015 to CAROL EDENBURN, as Co- Executor, whose address is 156 Fountain Valley, Rantoul, IL 61866, and to GLEN EDENBURN, as Co-Executor, whose address is 34825 N. Diamond Point Rd., Farmington, IL 61531. The attorney for the Executors is JEFFREY W. TOCK of HARRINGTON & TOCK, LLC, 205 S. Garrard, P. O. Box 37, Rantoul, IL 61866.

Claims against said Estate may be filed with the Circuit Court, Champaign County Courthouse, 101 S. Main St., Urbana, IL 61801, or with the Executor, or both, on or before February 28, 2016 (a date not less than six (6) months from the date of first publication of this Notice, or three months from the date of mailing or delivery of this Notice) to any known creditor of the decedent, whichever is later. Any claim not filed on or before the applicable date is barred. A copy of each claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered by the claimant to the Co-Executors and to the attorney for the Co-Executors within ten days after each claim is filed.
