Public Housing Five (5) Bedroom
Single Family Wait List Opening
The Housing Authority of Champaign County (HACC) will be opening the Public Housing five (5) bedrooms single family housing in Champaign, Illinois. The wait list will be open from Saturday, April 1, 2017 to Thursday, May 30, 2017. All applicants applying must meet the HACC’s criteria for eligibility for admission (eligibility information is on the application itself.)
The HACC will be accepting online applications only. No paper applications will be available or accepted. Applicants will be able to access the application form through the HACC website: www.hacc.net through any computer or smart phone.
HACC will use the lottery system for a selection method if more than 50 eligible applications are received for this Public Housing waiting list. This will be done before anyone is placed on the waiting list. When these applicants from the lottery system are placed on the waiting list they will be placed on the list according to date and time of the lottery drawing. All other applicants will receive a letter and may reapply when the waiting list reopens.

Notice is given to heirs or legatees who are named in a petition filed in this proceeding to probate a will and whose names or addresses are not stated in the petition, that an order was entered by the court on December 8, 2016, admitting the will to probate. Within 42 days after the effective date of the original order of admission you may file a petition with the court to require proof of the will by testimony of the witnesses to the will in open court or other evidence, as provided in Section 6-21 of the Probate Act. You also have the right under Section 8-1 of the Probate Act to contest the validity of the will by filing a petition with the court within six months after admission of the will to probate.

The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) requires that Local Workforce Development Areas complete a Regional Planning Process. In Illinois the Governor has designated Local Workforce Development Areas 17 and 18 as the East Central Economic Development Region 2. In addition to a regional plan Workforce Development Areas are required to submit separate local plan components.
The Workforce Development Board of East Central Illinois, Workforce Development Area 17(LWDA 17), serving Champaign, Ford, Iroquois, and Piatt Counties in partnership with Workforce Development Area 18, serving Vermillion County will submit a 4 year Regional Workforce Development Plan along with a local plan component under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act to the Bureau of Workforce Development of the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity.

A. Agency’s name, address, telephone number, legal status of entity (ownership), and the year the entity was established.
B. Name of Agency’s contact person, telephone and email address.
1. State the number of years of experience the media buyer/planner has in buying/planning media in District 505.
2. List three (3) clients for which the Agency has provided media planning and buying services within the last three (3) years and a brief description of the services performed.
3. Describe current or previous experience working with institutions of higher education. Include institution name(s), services provided, and years of the relationship.
4. Discuss the media buying process and provide examples on how the media buyer/planner presents proposed schedules for media buys.
5. Parkland College requires the Agency to collect and compile vendor invoices and contracts and submit them on a monthly basis to Parkland Marketing for payment. Individual vendor invoices and contracts are not to be sent directly to Parkland College.
6. Provide fee and rate structure for media planning and buying services.
7. Agencies are invited to include additional information not requested above, if believed to be useful and applicable to this Request for Proposal.
