The requisite affidavit for publication having been filed, notice is hereby given you: UNKNOWN OWNERS AND NONRECORD CLAIMANTS, Defendants in the above entitled suit, that the said suit has been commenced in the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court of Champaign County, Illinois, by the Plaintiff against you and other defendants, praying for the foreclosure of a certain Mortgages conveying the premises described as follows, to wit:

Lots 7,8,9,10 and 11 in Block “Y” in A. H. Bailey’s Addition to Rantoul as per Plat recorded in Plat Book “A” at Page 60, situated in Champaign County Illinois,

Excepting therefrom all coal, oil, gas, ores and other minerals reserved in the Deed recorded August 16, 1971 in Book 961 at Page 445, as Document 71R10306.

Commencing at the intersection of the South line of Chicago Avenue (unimproved), as monumented, being part of A. H. Bailey’s 2 Addition to the Town of Rantoul, with the Westerly right of way line of the Illinois Central Railroad Company, said Westerly right of way line being 100.00 feet normally distant Westerly of the centerline of the most Westerly track as now located (2003) thence on an assumed bearing of North 20 degrees 21 minutes seconds East, along said Westerly right of way line being parallel with said Westerly track, 579.24 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing North 20 degrees 21 minutes 43 seconds, East, along said Westerly right of way line, 1250.00 feet; thence, South 69 degrees 38 minutes 17 seconds East, perpendicular tothe last described course, 75.00 feet to a point 25.00 feet normally distant Westerly of the aforementioned Westerly track; thence South 20 degrees 21 minutes 43 seconds West, parallel with sid Westerly track, 1250.00 feet; thence North 69 degrees 38 minutes 17 seconds West, perpendicular to the last described course, 75.00 feet to the point of beginning, in Champaign County, Illinois.

Commencing at the Northwest comer of the South Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 35, Township 22 North of the Base Line, Range 9 East of the Third Principal Meridian; thence South 00 00.0’ East (S00°00.0’E) a distance of 76.2 feet on the West line of said Northwest Quarter to a true point of beginning; thence continuing S00°00.0’E 684.3 feet on said West Line; thence N89°53.5 ‘E 69.7 feet parallel with the South Line of said Section; thence N18°11.4’E 675.6 feet parallel with and 100 feet from, as measured at right angles, the centerline of the Canadian National Railway right of way; and thence N81°2585’W 283.75 feet to the true point of beginning; situated in Champaign County, Illinois.

MARTIN, JR., also known as HARRY MARTIN, Mortgagor, to RANTOUL FIRST BANK, S.B., now known as FIRST BANK & TRUST, IL (Counts I & II); FIRST BANK OF RANTOUL, a Division of FIRST BANK & TRUST, S.B., now known as FIRST BANK & TRUST, IL (Count III), and said Mortgages recorded as Document Nos. 2005R27233 (Count I); 2003R55157 (Count II); 2007R01555 (Count III), in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Champaign County, Illinois, and for such relief; that summons was duly issued out of the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court against you as provided by law, and that the said suit is now pending. The present owner of said mortgaged real estate is HARRY E. MARTIN, JR., also known as HARRY MARTIN.

NOW, THEREFORE, UNLESS YOU, the said above defendants, file your answer to the complaint in this case or otherwise file your appearance in the Office of the Circuit Court Clerk, 101 East Main Street, Urbana, Illinois on or before June 22, 2018, a default may be entered against you at any time after that day and decree entered in accordance with the prayer of said complaint. YOU ARE FURTHER ADVISED THAT THE TIME IN WHICH THE SUBJECT REAL ESTATE MAY BE REDEEMED FROM FORECLOSURE, PURSUANT TO LAW, COMMENCES TO RUN WITH THE FIRST DATE OF PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.
