ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT NOTICE
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on November 14, 2014, the Commissioners of the PHINNEY BRANCH MUTUAL DRAINAGE DISTRICT filed their Annual Financial Report for the period from October 1, 2013 to September 30, 2014. The report was filed with the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, Champaign County, Illinois. Any owner of land within said District may file objections to said Report with the Clerk of the Court on or before the tenth (10th) day following the date of this publication. If no objections are filed to the Report, the Court, within ten (10) days of this Notice of Publication, may approve the Report without a hearing.

INVITATION FOR BID
WEATHERIZATION MATERIAL BID NOTICE
Champaign County Regional Planning Commission is now accepting bids from materials suppliers for weatherization materials needed to weatherize homes during the balance of the program year ending June 30, 2015. All bids must be submitted using the Champaign County Regional Planning Commission's bid packet and must be marked "SEALED BID". On Tuesday, December 2, 2014, bid packets will be available for pickup or upon request in writing from Champaign County Regional Planning Commission, 1776 East Washington, Urbana, Illinois 61802.
A bid information meeting for suppliers interested in submitting bids will be held at the offices of Champaign County Regional Planning Commission on Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at 10:00AM.
All bid packets must be completed and returned to the Champaign County Regional Planning Commission's office no later than 12:30PM on December 19, 2014. A public bid opening will be held on Friday, December 19, 2014 at Champaign County Regional Planning Commission, 1776 East Washington, Urbana, Illinois 61802 at 1:30PM.
A general description of the materials include: furnaces, air conditioners, refrigerators, insulation, doors, windows, caulking, adhesives, weather-stripping, lumber, fans, tools and equipment that would be supplied for weatherization purposes.
Champaign County Regional Planning Commission reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or to accept any proposal or part of a proposal which in its judgment will be in the best interest of the program and/or agency.

Remove asbestos-containing flooring and associated mastics from the service line, kitchen, kitchen storage area and kitchen manager’s office utilizing gross removal methods from Urbana High School.
Prairie Elementary School
Remove all asbestos-containing and non-asbestos containing thermal pipe system insulation, asbestos-containing tank covers, flue insulation, gaskets, and any asbestos-containing interior boiler material from the boiler room utilizing gross removal methods.
Date of Commencement: June 8, 2015
Date of Substantial Completion: June 19, 2015

There are two separate Project Manuals and two individual projects. Each project will be bid separately.

Obtain Project Manual(s) at the Prebid meeting for $75.00 per set, ($150.00 for both buildings), non-refundable cash or check, payable to Ideal Environmental Engineering, Inc., 2904 Tractor Lane, Bloomington, Illinois 61704-9163. Project Manuals requested after the above Prebid Meeting date will be available upon receipt of $75.00 per set and an additional $25.00 per set to cover handling costs. The Project Manual will also be available for review at the office of the Owner and the Engineer after the Prebid Meeting.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Joint Review Board of the City of Urbana Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Districts One, Two, Three and Four will conduct an annual meeting beginning at 2:30pm on Tuesday, December 9th, 2014 in the Urbana Council Chambers at Urbana City Hall, 400 S Vine Street, Urbana, Illinois, 61801. The purpose of this meeting is to review the financial activity within the TIF Districts during the fiscal year 2014 in accordance with the Tax Increment Allocation Redevelopment Act, 65 ILCS 5/11 et seq. This meeting is open to the public. Persons unable to attend the meeting and wishing to comment may send written comments to:
