and which said mortgage was made by CRE ROCKWELL CHAMPAIGN LLC, Mortgagor, to UBS Real Estate Investments, Inc., eventually assigned to U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor-in-interest to Bank of America, N.A., as Trustee, successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, in its capacity as Trustee, for the registered holders of LB-UBS Commercial Mortgage Trust 202006-C4, Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-C4, and said Mortgage recorded as Document No. 2006R05662, in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Champaign County, Illinois, and for such relief; that summons was duly issued out of the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court against you as provided by law, and that the said suit is now pending. The present owner of said mortgaged real estate is CRE ROCKWELL CHAMPAIGN LLC.
