Take Notice that on January 29, 2015 a petition was filed under the Juvenile Court Act 1987 by Lawrence T. Solava in the Circuit Court of Champaign County entitled 'In the Interest of Iy'zarieah Beard and Amora Beard and that in Courtroom “E”, at 101 E. Main Street, Urbana, IL on March 11, 2015 at the hour of 1:00 PM or as soon thereafter as this cause may be heard, an adjucatory pre-trial hearing will be held upon the petition to have the child(ren) declared to be a ward(s) of the Court under that Act. The Court has authority in this proceeding to take from you the custody and guardianship of the minor(s), to terminate your parental rights, and to appoint a guardian with power to consent to adoption. You may lose all parental rights to your child(ren). If the Petition requests the termination of your parental rights and the appointment of a guardian with power to consent to adoption, you may lose all parental rights to your child(ren). Unless you appear you will not be entitled to further written notices or publication notices of the proceedings in this case, including filing of an amended petition or a motion to terminate parents rights.

Now, unless you appear at the hearing and show cause against the petition, the allegations of the petition may stand admitted as against you and each of you, and an order or judgment entered.

NOTICE OF JUDICIAL SALE

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure entered by the Court in the above entitled cause the property hereinafter described or so much thereof as shall be sufficient to satisfy said judgment, will be sold to the highest bidder.

The terms of the sale are: public auction with open, verbal bids; the successful bidder must deposit 10% of bid by certified funds made payable to the Sheriff; balance including the Judicial sale fee for Abandoned Residential Property Municipality Relief Fund, which is calculated on residential real estate at the rate of $1 for each $1,000 or fraction thereof of the amount paid by the purchaser not to exceed $300, by certified funds within five (5) calendar days. NO REFUNDS.

H. Title will be conveyed subject to all general real estate taxes which are a lien upon the real estate, all general real estate taxes which have not yet become due and payable, and special assessments, if any, and easements and restrictions of records, or existing leases, if any, and applicable zoning laws; property is sold “As-is, where is, with no warranties”, and without any representation as to quality or quantity of title and without recourse to Plaintiff. The sale is further subject to confirmation by the Court.
