NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Judgment heretofore entered by the said Court in the above entitled cause, Champaign County, Illinois, will on January 8, 2016, at the hour of 9:00 AM, at the Champaign County Courthouse, 204 E. MAIN ST., URBANA, IL 61801, sell at public auction to the highest and best bidder for cash, all and singular, the following described premises and real estate in the said Judgment mentioned, situated in the County of Champaign, State of Illinois, or so much thereof as shall be sufficient to satisfy said Judgment, to wit:

The terms of the sale are: Ten percent (10%) due by cash or certified funds at the time of the sale and balance is due within 24 hours of the sale. The subject property is subject to real estate taxes, special assessments or special taxes levied against said real estate and is offered for sale without any representation as to quality or quantity of title and without recourse to Plaintiff and in "as is" condition. The sale is further subject to confirmation by the Court.
The property is improved by a single family residence, together with all buildings and improvements thereon, and the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenants thereunto belonging and will not be available for inspection prior to sale.
If this property is a condominium unit, the purchaser of the unit at the foreclosure sale, other than a mortgagee shall pay the assessments and the legal fees required by The Condominium Property Act, 765 ILCS 605/9(g)(1) and (g)(4). Notice is given of the death of EDNA MAE SPRINGER, who resided at 6 Green Street, Fisher, Illinois. Letters of office were issued to Royal J. Springer, 21 Green Street, Fisher, Illinois 61843 and E. Invitation to Bid
Notice is hereby given that the Urbana Park District will receive sealed bids for Garment/T-shirts and Recreation Equipment. Sealed Bids shall be delivered until the hour of 4:00 p.m., prevailing time, on Monday, January 11, 2015, at the Urbana Park District, Planning and Operations Office, 1011 E. Kerr Avenue, Urbana, IL 61802. Bids shall be enclosed in an opaque envelope sealed and clearly marked with the words: Bid Document. The envelope shall indicate the firm name of the bidder and firm’s address. Bid document may be obtained at the address listed above. Any bids not received by said time and at said place will not be considered.
Bids will be opened at the Brookens Gymnasium on Thursday, January 21, 2015 at 8:30 a.m. for Recreation Equipment and 10:30 a.m. for Garment/T-shirt. The Urbana Park District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part thereof, to waive any technicalities or informalities in the bidding and to accept the bids deemed favorable to and in the best interest of the Urbana Park District.
All bidders must fully comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding bidding on public projects, codes related to the work and the performance of services or supplying goods under said bid. All bidders are notified that the Park District will affirmatively assume that the contract will be awarded without discrimination on the grounds of race, color, or national origin.
