The requisite affidavit for publication having been filed, notice is hereby given you: UNKNOWN OWNERS AND NONRECORD CLAIMANTS, Defendants in the above entitled suit, that the said suit has been commenced in the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court of Champaign County, Illinois, by the Plaintiff against you and other defendants, praying for the foreclosure of a certain Mortgages conveying the premises described as follows, to wit:
All that part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 1, in Township 21 North, Range 10 East of the Third Principal Meridian, that lies South of the right of way of Havana, Rantoul and Eastern Railroad, now the Illinois Central Railroad, and North of the center of Willard Street extended Eastward, and East of the East line of East Street as shown on the plat of Willard’s Subdivision as shown in Plat Book “A” at Page 32, situated in Champaign County, Illinois;
Excepting therefrom the following:
Part of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 1, in Township 21 North, Range 10 East of the Third Principal Meridian, described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 5 in Buenting’s First Addition to Gifford; thence East a distance of 20 feet on the North line of said North Line of said Lot; thence deflecting 89 degrees 31.5 minutes to the left 80 feet to a True Point of Beginning; thence continuing North on the last described course 278.14 feet along the East line of East Avenue; thence Easterly 135.36 feet on the Southerly line of the right of way of the Havana, Rantoul and Eastern Railroad, now the abandoned Illinois Central Gulf Railroad, being a circular curve bearing to the left with a radius of 2647.41 feet; thence South 267.32 feet parallel with East Avenue; and thence West 135.00 feet along the North line of Willard Street to the point of beginning; situated in the Village of Gifford, in Champaign County, Illinois.
which has the common address of: 305 E. Willard Street, Gifford, IL 61847
and which said mortgages were made by GAIL A. MEYERS and KAREN A. MEYERS, Mortgagors, to BUSEY BANK, an Illinois Banking Corporation, Mortgagee, and recorded as Document No. 98R38168, in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Champaign County, Illinois, and for such relief; that summons was duly issued out of the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court against you as provided by law, and that the said suit is now pending. The present owners of said mortgaged real estate are GAIL A. MEYERS and KAREN A. MEYERS.
NOW, THEREFORE, UNLESS YOU, the said above defendants, file your answer to the complaint in this case or otherwise file your appearance in the Office of the Circuit Court Clerk, 101 East Main Street, Urbana, Illinois on or before February 20, 2015, a default may be entered against you at any time after that day and decree entered in accordance with the prayer of said complaint. YOU ARE FURTHER ADVISED THAT THE TIME IN WHICH THE SUBJECT REAL ESTATE MAY BE REDEEMED FROM FORECLOSURE, PURSUANT TO LAW, COMMENCES TO RUN WITH THE FIRST DATE OF PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.
