Take Notice that on January 15, 2015 a petition was filed under the Juvenile Court Act 1987 by Lawrence T. Solava in the Circuit Court of Champaign County entitled 'In the Interest of Daton Davis and Arizona Davis and that in Courtroom “F”, at 101 E. Main Street, Urbana, IL on February 13, 2015 at the hour of 09:00 AM or as soon thereafter as this cause may be heard, an Admonition hearing will be held upon the petition to have the child(ren) declared to be a ward(s) of the Court under that Act. The Court has authority in this proceeding to take from you the custody and guardianship of the minor(s), to terminate your parental rights, and to appoint a guardian with power to consent to adoption. You may lose all parental rights to your child(ren). If the Petition requests the termination of your parental rights and the appointment of a guardian with power to consent to adoption, you may lose all parental rights to your child(ren). Requirements

1. Must adhere to Prevailing Wage Act of the State of Illinois and Georgetown Township. All reports and forms contractor’s responsibility and furnished to Georgetown Township Supervisor.

2. Must provide proof of Insurance $1,000,000 coverage and Worker’s Compensation coverage for all employees.

3. Must provide three job references.

4. Job must be completed by August 1, 2015.

Job Description

Clean and paint exterior of building, (approximately 8,000 square feet) with top quality latex paint following manufacturer’s specification to match garage. Provide all equipment. Provide a total cleanup of project area including windows when project is completed.

Bid should be submitted in a sealed envelope; it must be marked with the name and address of the bidder, and marked Bid for Painting.
