NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING IN REGARD TO A VARIANCE UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE
CHAMPAIGN COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE
Corbitt and Yvonne Griffith, 307 East Dodson, Urbana, IL, have filed a petition for a Variance under the provisions of the Champaign County Zoning Ordinance on property in unincorporated Champaign County. The petition is on file in the office of the Champaign County Department of Planning and Zoning, 1776 East Washington Street, Urbana, IL.
A public hearing will be held Thursday, June 11, 2015, at 7:00 p.m. prevailing time in the Lyle Shields Meeting Room, Brookens Administrative Center, 1776 East Washington Street, Urbana, IL, at which time and place the Champaign County Zoning Board of Appeals will consider a petition for the following:
Authorize the following Variance in the R-1 Single Family Residence Zoning District:
A detached shed with a side yard of 2 feet in lieu of the minimum required 5 feet.
On the following property:
Lot 23 in Block 6 of the Edgewood Subdivision in Section 10 of Urbana Township and commonly known as the residence at 307 E Dodson, Urbana.
