Tolono Community Unit School District #7, Tolono, Illinois, is requesting Request for Pro-posals (RFPs) from interested Energy Services Companies (ESCOs) which are capable of pro-viding comprehensive energy management and energy related capital improvement services to our District facilities in accordance with the pro-visions of Illinois School Code 105 ILCS 5 – Article 19b. Tolono Community Unit School District #7, objective in issuing this RFP is to provide a competitive means in which to select a single provider to fulfill all aspects of this project.
Tolono Community Unit School District #7 may elect to implement further improvement meas-ures in phases pursuant to the final contract. The work to be included in the contract may include upgrades to or replacement of equip-ment included in, but would not be limited to, the following systems: lighting, heating, air conditioning, temperature control, mechanical, domestic water, security, fire alarm, doors, windows and roofs.
Proposals shall be received in the of-fice of Mr. Andrew Larson, 1121 East 800 North, Tolono, IL 61880 no later than 10:00 AM on January 16, 2015. Tolono Community Unit School District #7 will assess the proposals based on the selection criteria identified in the RFP document.

Main Street in Urbana, IL on January 5, 2015 at 2:00 PM or as soon thereafter as this case may be heard, a sentencing hearing will be held upon the petition to have the minor(s) declared to be a ward(s) of the court and for other relief under that Act. The court has authority in this case to take from you the custody and guardianship of the minor(s).
Unless you appear at the hearing and show cause to the contrary, an order or judgment by default may be entered against you for the relief asked in the petition.
