The Department of Public Works of the City of Danville has inspected the premises legally described as:
Lot 17 in Edwin and Lucy M. Kinney’s First Addition to Germantown, now a part of the City of Danville, situated in Vermilion County, Illinois.

Tract No.: DEL 2344
(Commonly known as 1215 E. Seminary, Danville, Illinois)
The Department of Public Works has determined that a dangerous and unsafe structure is located on the above-described real estate. Said structure has in the past been used for human occupation but is now open, unoccupied and is so dilapidated and in such a state of disrepair that it constitutes an immediate and continuing hazard in the surrounding area, is unsanitary and is further dangerous, unsafe and not fit for human use such that it cannot reasonably be repaired.
If you, as the owner(s) or lienholder(s), fail to take immediate action to demolish, repair or enclose the building, and fail to remove any garbage, debris, and other hazardous, noxious, or unhealthy substances or materials so that an immediate and continuing hazard to the community no longer exists, the City of Danville will demolish, repair, or enclose the building and remove any garbage, debris, or other hazardous, noxious, or unhealthy substances or materials.

Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Clerk of Court, Rock Island County Courthouse, Rock Island, Illinois, 61201, or with the representative, or both, on or before May 16, 2016, and any claim not filed within that period is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representative and to the attorney within 10 days after it has been filed.
