DRAINAGE NOTICE

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 1st day of April, 2016 the Commissioners of the Above District and Sub-District, in the County of Champaign and State of Illinois, filed a Petition with the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, Champaign County, Illinois, seeking approval of an Agreement with James W. Barnes.

That the Agreement allows for the granting of an easement across certain property of Mr. Barnes, for the installation of a new subsurface drainage tile. A copy of said Agreement may be reviewed at the offices of the Petitioner’s counsel. No assessments are requested to be levied, and no damages to be provided for.

The Petition and a copy of the Agreement, were presented to the Circuit Court and by said Court set for hearing in Courtroom “D”, located at Champaign County Courthouse, 101 East Main Street, Urbana, Illinois, on May 16, 2016 at the hour of 3:45 p.m., at which time and place all interested persons may appear and be heard upon matters concerning the Petition and the Agreement if they see fit to do so.
