The City of Hoopeston, Il is requesting bids for the creation and implementation of a new website to be hosted on the URL http://www.cityofhoopeston.com/. The current website should be completely removed and replaced with a new modern and efficient version. Bidding companies or individuals must be able to meet the specifications and requirements provided. Examples of previous work and/or projects must be included with bid submissions. Sealed bids will be received at the office of the City Clerk, 301 W. Main St., Hoopeston, IL until 10:00 AM. (local time) on September 10, 2015 at which time they will be publically opened and read. All bid submissions are required to be in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the name and address of the bidder and labeled “City of Hoopeston Website Bid”. Specs may be obtained at Hoopeston City Hall, or requested by calling 217-283-5833.
The City reserves the right to waive any and all bids and technicalities.

Solava in the Circuit Court of Champaign County entitled 'In the Interest of Simona James and that in Courtroom “F”, at 101 E. Main Street, Urbana, IL on September 18, 2015 at the hour of 09:45 AM or as soon thereafter as this cause may be heard, an adjudicatory hearing will be held upon the petition to have the child(ren) declared to be a ward(s) of the Court under that Act. The Court has authority in this proceeding to take from you the custody and guardianship of the minor(s), to terminate your parental rights, and to appoint a guardian with power to consent to adoption. You may lose all parental rights to your child(ren). If the Petition requests the termination of your parental rights and the appointment of a guardian with power to consent to adoption, you may lose all parental rights to your child(ren). Unless you appear you will not be entitled to further written notices or publication notices of the proceedings in this case, including filing of an amended petition or a motion to terminate parents rights.
Now, unless you appear at the hearing and show cause against the petition, the allegations of the petition may stand admitted as against you and each of you, and an order or judgment entered.
