Contractors are invited to submit an offer for Middletown Park. Offers will be received at the Middletown Prairie Elementary, 1301 S. Bulldog Drive, Mahomet, IL 61853 before 10:00 a.m. local prevailing time on June 18,2015. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time. Please contact District Office at 217-586-2161 to verify location of opening.

Project consists of the construction of Middletown Park. This large open green space will serve as a gathering area for the community. Work includes an asphalt parking lot and drive for approximately fifty vehicles with concrete curbs, including all pavement striping and sinage as shown in the construction documents. Work also includes sidewalks, site grading, and site lighting, as well as plantings and other site amenities. Alternate bids for various items are included in the bid to allow the school district to maximize the work completed within the project budget.

A single stipulated sum bid will be received for all Work.
