On October 19, 2017, a Petition for Probate of Will and for Letters Testamentary (“Original Petition”) was filed seeking the admission of Michael P. O’Neill’s Last Will & Testament dated June, 19, 2015 to probate. On October 23, 2017, the Court entered an Order Admitting Will to Probate. The Original Petition was amended and restated by that First Amended and First Restated Petition for Probate of Will and for Letters Testamentary filed January 30, 2018 (“Restated Petition”). You are named in the Original Petition or the Restated Petition as an heir or legatee or prospective heir or legatee of the decedent.

Within 42 days from February 14, 2018, you may file a petition with the court to require proof of the will by testimony of the witnesses to the will in open court or other evidence.

You may also have the right under section 81 of the Probate Act of 1975 (755 ILCS 5/81) to contest the validity of the will by filing a petition with the court by April 23, 2018, the date which is six months from the Order Admitting Will to Probate.

Sealed bids for the Kolb Park Pavilion and KRT Trailhead improvements project will be received at the office of the Village Clerk of the Village of St. Joseph at 207 E. Lincoln Street, St. Joseph, IL 61873, until 10:00 a.m. prevailing time on Thursday, March 8, 2018, and publicly opened and read aloud at 10:05 a.m. prevailing time on Thursday, March 8, 2018 in the Village of St. Joseph’s Council Chambers, 207 E. Lincoln Street, St. Joseph, Illinois 61873.

The project is located within Kolb Park and along Market Street from Sherman Street to the Kickapoo Rail Trail. The project will consist of remodeling of an existing pavilion, including new restrooms, concrete pavement removal and replacement, excavations, aggregate shoulders, site utilities, pavement markings, and other miscellaneous construction items. Bid documents for this project may be examined at the office of Clark Dietz, Inc., 125 West Church Street, Champaign, Illinois 61820.

State statutes and local ordinance require the payment of prevailing wage by all contractors and subcontractors on this job.
