Notice is given of the death of Gerold G. Gerdts on October 16, 2014. Letters of office as Independent Executor were issued on January 14, 2015, to Scott Poyner, 1611 N. Logan, Danville, IL 61832, whose attorney is Paul C. Hendren, Miller & Hendren LLP, P.O. Box 980, Champaign, Illinois 61824-0980.

Claims against the Estate may be filed in the Office of the Circuit Clerk, Champaign County Courthouse, 101 E. Main Street, Urbana, Illinois 61801, or with the Executor, or both, on or before August 1, 2015. Any claim not filed on or before that date is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the Executor and his attorney within 10 days after it has been filed.

Within 42 days after the effective date of the original order of admission you may file a petition with the court to require proof of the will by testimony of the witnesses to the will in open court or other evidence, as provided in section 6-21 of the Probate Act of 1975 (755 ILCS 5/6-21).
