Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Board of Commissioners, Champaign County Forest Preserve District, at the Headquarters building in Lake of the Woods Forest Preserve, P.O. Box 1040, Mahomet, Illinois until 2:00 P.M. (Central Standard Time) on Thursday February 2, 2017, for furnishing the following:
One (1) new utility tractor, diesel 50-60hp, front wheel assist, loader with bucket, enclosed cab, and root grapple to fit with loader.
All bids must be submitted on furnished bid forms. Each bid must be addressed to the Board of Commissioners, Champaign County Forest Preserve District, and P.O. Box 1040, Mahomet, Illinois 61853. The bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope with the name of the bidder and “Middle Fork Tractor Bid” clearly marked on the outside of the envelope.
Bids will be opened and read immediately after 2:00 P.M. (Central Standard Time) on Thursday February 2, 2017 at the Headquarters building located at the HI-Tower in Lake of the Woods Forest Preserve, 109 S. Lake of the Woods Road, Mahomet, Illinois.
The Board of Commissioners of the Champaign County Forest Preserve District reserves the right to reject any, or all bids and to waive any irregularities in the bids or bidding process which is deemed to be in the best interest of the Forest Preserve District.
