Draft Transportation Improvement Program FY 2017-2020.
Notice of public involvement activities and time established for public review and comments on the Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) satisfy the public participation requirements for the Champaign-Urbana Mass Transit District (MTD), an FTA grantee, as outlined in 49 U.S.C 5307 (b)(1) through (7); The Metropolitan Transportation Planning and Programming requirements at 23 CFR part 450.314, 316, 322, and 324; and FTA Circular 9030.1E, “Urbanized Area Formula Program: Program Guidance and Application Instructions,” Ch. V, Section 6.
The public review period for the Fiscal Year 2017-2020 Draft TIP is May 6, 2016 through June 4, 2016. If there are no comments received or changes made, this draft of the Fiscal Year 2017-2020 Transportation Improvement Program will become final. A final notice will not be published.
