NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all interested persons that a public hearing will be held in the Council Chambers of the City Building, 102 North Neil Street, Champaign, Illinois, on Wednesday, August 17, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. before the Plan Commission, concerning an amendment to the Champaign City Code, Chapter 37, Zoning, Section 37-758, Published Notice. The proposed amendment concerns the means of notification when a proposed zoning action pertains to a specific parcel or parcels. A copy of the detailed draft amendment is available in the Planning and Development Department for review.

This notice is given pursuant to the provisions of Section 37-758 of the Champaign Municipal Code, 1985, as amended.

In said public hearing, all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard and to present their arguments for or against passage of an Ordinance enacting the aforesaid action.

The regular business meeting of the Board will be held at said time and the Trustees will consider passage of the proposed Annual Budget and Appropriation Ordinance (Ordinance No. 100) of the Rolling Acres Fire Protection District, said proposed Budget and Appropriation Ordinance being for the fiscal year of the District beginning May 1, 2016. The Village of Rantoul (Village) will accept sealed Proposals for Request for Proposals (RFP) for Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) Electric and Water Meter Installation. Proposals will be received at 333 S. Tanner, Rantoul, IL 61866 until 4:00 PM prevailing time on August 29, 2016.

Notice of Intent to Respond and the non-disclosure agreement (NDA) for details on Village meter locations and other data must be received by the Village at 333 S. Tanner, Rantoul, IL by August 1, 2016.
