Claims against said Estate may be filed with the Circuit Court, Champaign County Courthouse, 101 East Main Street, Urbana, IL 61801, or with the Executor, or both, on or before, December 20, 2013 or three months from the date of mailing or delivery of this notice to any known creditor of the decedent, whichever is later, and any claim not filed on or before that date is barred. A copy of each claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered by the claimant to the Executor and to the attorney within 10 days after it is filed.
