The requisite affidavit for publication having been filed, notice is hereby given you, Estate of Wilbur L. Bradley, Bruce W. Bradley, Co-Administrator and Heir of the Estate of Wilbur L. Bradley, Unknown Heirs and Legatees of Wilbur L. Bradley, Unknown Owners and Non-Record Claimants, Defendants in the above entitled suit, that the said suit has been commenced in the 6th Judicial Circuit, Champaign County, Illinois, by the Plaintiff against you and other defendants, praying for the foreclosure of a certain Mortgage conveying the premises described as follows, to wit:

UNIT NO. 408 IN CLEARWATER EAST CONDOMINIUMS, AS DELINEATED ON SURVEY ATTACHED AS EXHIBIT A TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED JULY 27, 1987 IN PLAT BOOK AA AT PAGE 133 AS DOCUMENT 87 R 18215, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED PERCENTAGE INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, SITUATED IN CHAMPAIGN COUNTY, ILLINOIS.

And for such other relief prayed; that summons was duly issued out of the said 6th Judicial Circuit, Champaign County, Illinois against you as provided by law, and that the said suit is now pending.

NOW, THEREFORE, UNLESS YOU, the said above defendant, file an answer to the complaint in the said suit or otherwise make your appearance therein, in the Office of the Clerk of the 6th Judicial Circuit, Champaign County, Illinois, at the Courthouse, in the City of Urbana, Champaign County, Illinois, on or before the 1st day of May, 2015, default may be entered against you at any time after that day and a decree entered in accordance with the prayer of said complaint.
