NOTICE IS GIVEN to Defendants, MICHAEL B. PACK, SR.; JIMMY WAYNE CASEY; CITIFINANCIAL SERVICES, INC.; ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC AID; URBANA-CHAMPAIGN SANITARY DISTRICT; UNKNOWN OWNERS and NON-RECORD CLAIMANTS, of the following described real estate that the above-entitled action to have property declared abandoned is now pending, and the day on or after which an Order of Abandonment may be entered against said Defendants is 20th day of July 2014.

The undersigned certifies that the above-entitled Petition to Declare Property Abandoned was filed on June 20, 2014, and is now pending.
