ASPHALT PATCHING TRAILER

The Village of Rantoul, Illinois is requesting proposals from prospective vendors to replace the ASPHALT PATCHING TRAILER.

Any Proposal shall be submitted no later than 3:00 P.M. Friday December 28, 2018, (the "Due Date"). Any Proposal not submitted by a Vendor by such Due Date will not be considered, and will be returned unopened. Proposals submitted by mail should be identified on the outside of the envelope as a Proposal for RFP VRNTL 18-R-04 ASPHALT PATCHING TRAILER and should be addressed to: Village of Rantoul, Comptroller, 333 S. Tanner St. Rantoul, IL 61866. Proposals will be opened immediately after the closing time in the Municipal Conference Room located at 333 S Tanner St, Rantoul, Illinois.

NOTICE TO PROPOSERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE CHAMPAIGN-URBANA MASS TRANSIT DISTRICT (MTD) or DISTRICT, will be receiving bids in accordance with Request For Proposal #19-001 for the provision of leasing services for the period February 1, 2019 to January 31, 2020 at 1101 East University Avenue, Urbana, Illinois 61802-2009, until 2:00 P. M. Central Daylight Savings Time (CDST), January 14, 2019.

The Proposals will be directed to the attention of the Grant Manager at the address noted herein. The Proposals shall be marked plainly in bold letters “RFP 19-001.” Any proposals received after the time and date noted herein will not be considered and will be returned to the proposer unopened.

Any contract resulting from these proposals is subject to financial assistance contracts between the District, FTA and the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT). The Federal government is not subject to any obligations or liabilities to any party pertaining to any matter resulting from the underlying contract, absent the express written consent by the Federal government.

All proposals and related documents will be subject to a financial assistance contract between the District and the FTA. The District reserves the right to accept any or any part or parts thereof or to reject any and all proposals. The District also hereby notifies proposers that they affirmatively ensures that all Disadvantaged Business Enterprises, as defined by the United States Government, are afforded full opportunity to submit proposals in response to this RFP and will not knowingly discriminate against any proposer upon the grounds of gender, race, color or national origin in the consideration of award of the contract. The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable Federal and State Equal Opportunity laws and regulations.

All RFP forms are on file in the MTD administrative office and are available for inspection during normal business hours. Specifications, proposal forms, and the terms and conditions for responding may be obtained from the Grant Manager at the MTD administrative office, 1101 East University Avenue, Urbana, Illinois 61802-2009; jsullivan@mtd.org; (217) 384-8188.

The District will be bound by the terms and conditions of the proposal only to the extent funds from whatever source are available.
