The requisite affidavit for publication having been filed, notice is hereby given you, Paulette Sanders aka Paulette Ratliff, Unknown Heirs and Legatees of Frederick Sanders, Jr. aka Frederick Sanders, Richard Sanders, UNKNOWN HEIRS and LEGATEES of Frederick Sanders Jr and UNKNOWN OWNERS and NON-RECORD CLAIMANTS, defendants in the above entitled cause, that suit has been commenced against you and other defendants in the Circuit Court for the Judicial Circuit by said plaintiff praying for the foreclosure of a certain mortgage conveying the premises described as follows, to wit:
