NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Design Review Board of the City of Urbana, Illinois, will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 13, 2017, at 5:30 P.M. in the Urbana City Council Chambers, 400 South Vine Street, Urbana, Illinois, at which time and place the Commission will consider the following application:
