NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the death of DONALD A. BICE of 1207 W. Dianne Lane, Mahomet, Illinois died on July 25, 2012. Letters of Office were issued on July 216, 2015, to Laura Bice, as Independent Administrator. The attorneys for the Estate are Dodd & Maatuka, 303 S. Mattis Avenue, Ste. 201, Champaign, IL 61821-3051. The Estate will be administered without Court supervision unless under Paragraph 5/28-4 of the Estates Act (755 ILCS 5/28-4) any interested person terminates Independent Administration at any time by mailing or delivering a Petition to Terminate to the Clerk.
Claims against the Estate may be filed in the Office of the Circuit Clerk, Probate Division at Champaign County Courthouse, 101 E. Main, Urbana, IL 61801, or with the representative, or both, within six (6) months from the first publication date and any claim not filed within that period is barred.

NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING IN REGARD TO A PROPOSED MINOR VARIANCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all interested persons that the Urbana Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 19, 2015 at 7:30 P.M. in the Urbana City Council Chambers, 400 South Vine Street, Urbana, Illinois, to consider the following applications:
Case No. ZBA-2015-MIN-02: A request by Carol Westerman to grant a Minor Variance to create a lot that is 4,053 square feet in area at 2510 South Vine Street in the R-3, Single and Two Family Residential Zoning District; and
Case No. ZBA-2015-MIN-03: A request by Carol Westerman to grant a Minor Variance to create a lot with a street frontage of 34.1 feet at 2510 South Vine Street in the R-3, Single and Two Family Residential Zoning District.
Pursuant to the Urbana Zoning Ordinance, Section VI-3.E.2, the minimum required lot area in the R-3, Single and Two Family Residential Zoning District for a two-unit common lot line development is 4,500 square feet. The minimum street frontage is 40 feet. The applicant proposes create a new lot for an existing common lot line residence which would be 4,510 square feet in area (a 10% reduction) with a street frontage of 34.1 feet (a 14.75% reduction).
The subject properties are more particularly described as follows:
Legal Description: Units 2510 A and 2510 B in Beasley Condominium Two Urbana as delineated on a survey attached as Exhibit “A” to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded December 15, 2000 as Document 2000 R 28601, as amended from time to time, together with its undivided percentage interest in the common elements, in Champaign County, Illinois.
