Take notice that on January 13, 2017 a petition was filed under the Juvenile Court Act 1987 by Sarah N. Perry in the Circuit Court of Champaign county entitled in the interest of Kacee Webb Jr, Donte Webb and Gabriel Mattix and that in Courtroom “F” at 101 E. Main Street, Urbana, IL on March 3, 2017 at the hour of 9:30 AM or as soon thereafter as this cause may be heard, an adjudicatory hearing will be held upon the petition to have the child(ren) declared to be a ward(s) of the court under that Act. The court has authority in this proceeding to take from you the custody and guardianship of the minor(s), to terminate your parental rights, and to appoint a guardian with power to consent to adoption. You may lose all parental rights to your child(ren). If the Petition requests the termination of your parental rights and the appointment of a guardian with power to consent to adoption, you may lose all parental rights to the child(ren). Unless you appear you will not be entitled to further written notices or publication notices of the proceedings in this case, including the filing of an amended petition or a motion to terminate parental rights.

Notice is hereby given that a request for proposals has been made by the Village of Fisher, Illinois for the sale of its water and sewer plants. Copies of the request for proposal are available at the Village Hall located at 100 School Street, Fisher, Illinois.
